DSL was down

my DSL and voice line has been down since monday, and it was finally restored this morning. yesterday, it hit me on how dependent i was on having a net connection. from work, i wanted to access my server a few times, but nope. couldn’t do that. and then i though about busting out my old 56k modem, but i didn’t have a working voice line, so there goes that. so… i ended up watching a lot of NBC’s fantastic olympic coverage and played some playstation2.
