i got my new drivers license in the mail today. (sigh) i do not like how my picture turned out. i had a feeling it wasn’t going to be too great because of the hellish experience i had there. hmmm… i guess i didn’t write about that as news. to make a long story short, i went to the DMV the day after new years, and i had an appointment scheduled too. here’s what sucked about it. 1) there was no parking. i had to park across the street in some plaza and walk a block down. 2) the non-appointment line was shorter than the appointment line. 3) after waiting 45 minutes in the appointment line, i had to wait in another line for 20 minutes to get my picture taken. so my license captured my feelings at that moment. i look mug-shot pissed off — cold stare and pursed lips. the colors were way off too. my face is all red and my hair is brown (i have black hair). ugh…
