NO CARRIER

argh. i’m getting frustrated with EarthStink’s crappy DSL connectivity service i have up in LA. first Pachell and now this. i was trying to login to my server last night and it would constantly lag or just drop. if this keeps happening, i’m considering just hosting my site elsewhere (i.e. not a box sitting in the corner of my room) since i’m paying $65 a month for DSL and could probably find a place to host for that amount. all i would really need is shell access (ssh), apache, mysql, php. oh and a bunch (>250MB) of space too.
