it’s not often that i talk about sports here, and i haven’t been much into sports lately since i moved to SD, but i just read the news that karl malone will be joining gary payton in signing with the lakers. first of all, i didn’t even know about the payton deal, which was huge in itself. they really have no excuse to not win the title next season. i’ve never been to a pro basketball game in my life, but i sure would like to see these guys play — i’d even settle for nosebleeder seats.
