IE6: Quick Easy Cache!!!

Hmmm... I've been noticing that IE6 pulls from cache, unless I post a new blog entry. I had updated my journal info (the stuff on the right side margin) days ago, and the page appeared fine in Mozilla, but IE6 would always pull the old page and it never updated until I posted this last blog. And I've tried refresh, and shift refresh. Weird. And annoying.

Does anyone know if there's some kind of tag I can put in the header to tell IE6 to force a load off the server?
