Woo, it's been a while since I last wrote on here. You know it's bad when (1) the last time I wrote, I also said how long it's been since I last wrote; and (2) I nearly forget my login/pass info to submit blog entries.

Anyhoo, I'm sick right now. I think it's the stomach flu. Fun. I got this game for PS2, Ico, and I just finished it. Excellent game – great graphics and very immersive gameplay. My only complaint is that it's way too short. I started playing it last week and I'm already done. The game keeps track of how long you played and I finished after about 6 hours.

Speaking of PS2s, if you don't have one and are planning to buy one, get the extended warranty with it. They only come with a pathetic 90-day warranty. I had to get my PS2 fixed because it wouldn't read CD-ROM (blue bottom) discs. They shipped it back a week later, and it still wasn't fixed. So I drove down to their office again and this time they fixed it on the spot, saying that the tray mechanism was loose and probably got that way from shipping. I don't know if I buy that story, but if it's true, then it just validates the point of getting the ext. warranty since they're so (apparently) fragile. Needless to say, the cost of getting it repaired could have been spent on getting 2 new games.

While I'm on the subject of consoles, I think it's funny that Xbox consoles are crashing at store kiosks with a GSOD. It's a shame that Sega had to get out of the hardware biz, since I haven't had any problems with my DC.
